Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

By using Perpetua Cryptograph, you agree to these terms. They're short because our app is simple: we provide a tool, you control your keys.

What the App Does

Perpetua Cryptograph is a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet for Apple Watch. It generates and stores private keys in your device's Secure Enclave and lets you sign blockchain transactions.

We provide the software. You are responsible for your keys, your seed phrase, and your transactions.

Self-Custody Means You're in Control

This is a non-custodial wallet. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase. This means:

Back up your seed phrase securely. If you lose it and lose access to your devices, your funds are permanently inaccessible. No one can help you — not us, not Apple, not anyone.

No Financial Advice

We provide software, not financial advice. We don't recommend any cryptocurrency, token, or investment strategy. Do your own research.

Accuracy of Information

The app displays balances, prices, and transaction data from third-party sources (blockchain nodes, price APIs). We try to show accurate information, but we don't guarantee it. Always verify important transactions independently.

Use at Your Own Risk

Cryptocurrency involves significant risk, including total loss of funds. The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:

Prohibited Uses

Don't use the app for anything illegal. We can't see what you're doing, but that doesn't make it okay.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
